Political and Research Analyst (Full Time Contract Position - Remote) Nigeria
About the Role
As a Political Analyst with a core focus in Economics at Voltrox HQ LLC, You will play a pivotal role. We are looking for a driven and experienced political analyst to conduct research and analysis on current policies and political events, and to report on their findings. You should be able to use qualitative and quantitative research methods to develop political theories and forecast political, economic, and social trends. You will also be responsible for developing political related content for social media that centers on Nigeria, United States and the United Kingdom. You should be well-versed in the operations of the federal level of government within each aforementioned region. To be successful in this role you must be passionate about progress in the political sector and implement political change for the betterment of society. You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to analyze, interpret, and report on data effectively, in an unbiased manner. This is a full-time role and we are building a product with time sensitivity, therefore the individual must be timely, efficient and adaptive. The individual must also show mastery of not only being the right fit for this role with an assessment that will be administered, but also demonstrate successful experience working within the political landscape as part of their experience journey.
Experience Level
Minimum of 4 years experience covering and reporting on areas such as Nigeria, United States and United Kingdom

- Final Interview with 20 Minutes Presentation of your experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in political science, public administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a political analyst, or in a similar role within a political or government department.
- Portfolio of work, including published articles.
- Experience using statistical analysis software and qualitative/quantitative research tools.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
