Social, Brand and Content Marketing LeaderĀ  (Full Time - Remote) Nigeria

About the Role

We are seeking an innovative marketing leader to oversee our social media, brand building, content writing, and web content strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences. This critical role will lead all brand, social, and content efforts to grow our audience to millions of followers and further establish our company as an industry leader.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop effective social media, brand, content writing, and web content strategies in alignment with business goals for consumer and business audiences
  2. Manage and mentor a high-performing content and marketing team
  3. Oversee creation of compelling written content across social media, websites, blogs, emails, and advertising
  4. Identify trends, platforms, and partners to expand reach and engagement
  5. Direct end-to-end production of engaging digital content campaigns
  6. Conduct marketing analysis and optimize content based on performance data
  7. Build influencer relationships, partnerships, and ambassador programs
  8. Represent our brand story and vision across external communications

Requirements

  1. 7+ years leading content, brand, social, and/or web teams
  2. Record of success growing audiences, followers and engagement to 1 million+
  3. Experience managing B2C and B2B social media, content writing, and web content
  4. Strong creative direction and production skills
  5. Entrepreneurial marketing leader able to turn ideas into executions
  6. Excellent and versatile business writing abilities
  7. Savvy in latest social, content, video platforms and trends
  8. Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling abilities
  9. Analytically-minded with experience in metrics analysis
  10. Passionate, innovative driver of brand vision and growth
